On June 6, 2024, all charges against Peter Wakkie in Spain were again dismissed in an appeal case concerning ZED Worldwide. This puts an end to a lengthy process in which Peter Wakkie was wrongly labeled investigado. The judgement of the Spanish Appellate Court confirms an earlier decision of the Spanish court in the first instance in which all charges were already dismissed.
